The chakra basics (to my understanding):

Chakras are the seven basic energy centers in the body. Every Chakra has a corresponding color, from top to bottom, they are: Violet, Indigo, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, and Red. Each one correlates to different levels of consciousness, among other things.
