Beautiful pink and green flowers on a light green background! The inside of the bag is lined with a fuschia polka dot pattern. So much fun and so Spring!

The bag measures 11" tall x 10" wide. Big enough to fit your favorite Lean Cuisine sized lunch with room for a drink and a snack :) There is a Velcro closure as well as a triple stitched handle to ensure longevity of your bag. The inside has two small pockets that are great for change for the vending machine as well as silverware.

Something spill in the lunch bag? No problem! Throw it in the washer in cold water/gentle cycle and dry it in the dryer on low heat and voila! you are ready for the next day.

All of my bags are designed, quilted and assembled in my studio by me. I use only the highest quality fabric and notions to ensure a quality product.

I have kids who like to take their lunches to school. Every year, we would make the back to school treck out and pick out new lunch boxes/bags that were intended to last the whole school year. Something would inevitably spill and get in the corners (who expects a pudding cup to explode?). Even though I could wipe it out, the bag was never the same. We also had problems with handles coming away from the bag which result in yet another search for a lunch bag. Both kids were going through 2 lunch bags a year.

I found this lunch bag pattern and decided to give it a shot. The kids picked fabric that they liked and I went to work. Low and behold, when something spilled in the bag, I washed it and the bag came out perfect! Handles are still on the originals and the kids are still using them (although, I let them pick new fabric every year still so that they have the *new* bag). /I tweeked the pattern slightly to make it work for us.
