This set includes all 24 Elder Futhark runes and one extra blank one. I do not use the extra for divination purposes (although some people use a blank 25th rune), but I am including the extra in case you want to or if one happens to chip or break in the future. (They are sturdy and should not break, but just in case your dog gets one or it falls out a window or something.)

The pumpkins are made of orange polymer clay with brown polymer clay stems, and the faces and runes are painted on with black acrylic paint. I then painted the pumpkins with clear, shiny varnish so that they looked better and the paint would not rub off as easily. They are all about 1" (2.5 cm) long and about 1" (2.5 cm) wide, counting the stem.

I am also including a wooden box (3 1/2" [8.9 cm] long, 2 1/4" [5.7 cm] wide, and 2 1/4" tall [5.7 cm]). The box has a wire mesh screen on top so the pumpkins can be seen through it when the box is shut. It is painted black with an orange spider and a white ghost painted on the front in acrylics, and it has moon, jack olantern, ghost, and "trick or treat" plastic findings glued onto the top. The box is also painted with a layer of varnish to make it shiny and to protect the acrylic paints.

I, however, am not including any means of reading the runes- there are plenty of websites and books on the subject of runes out there. If you need any basic info or would like to be pointed in the direction of good books on runes, just ask and I will let you know some that I have found useful. :)
