This is a green and silver leaf cartilage chain ear cuff that connects from the lobe to the upper cartilage of the ear. The ear cuff is not pierced and just slides onto the ear.

(Do you have your cartilage pierced? I can switch in a pierced post; see info below.)

The ear-piece is made using green colored enameled copper wire and bright aluminum wire (the silver color). I twist and cut the wire for jump rings myself, so there are some places in the copper rings where the copper color shows through where it was cut. It isn't very noticeable, though, but this is just a heads up so you know.

At the end of the ear-piece are a light green wooden leaf bead, a round green stone bead, and a flat green stone bead. The earlobe part is a silver colored metal post earring, and there's a metal silver-plated 6mm wide ear cuff at the top. The entire ear-piece is 3 1/2" (8.9 cm) long from top earring ball to bottom bead, and is 2" (5.1 cm) long from earring post to cuff.

I came up with the idea for my chain earrings because I have multiple piercings in both ears and wanted something uniquely fantasy for them- what I ended up with was this style of elven/fae earring.

Like all the earrings in my shop, I can switch out the bottom post with a clip on earring and/or replace the top cuff with a pierced post for no additional cost; just send an email to merigreenleaf@gmail.com or contact me via Artfire after checking out if you want this option.
