a highly polished larmiar cabochon is paired w/a sm freshwater pearl and faceted swiss blue topaz & cubic zircon stones each carefully set in fine .925 sterling (drop length about 1 7/8in) it's lg bail allows it to glide effortlessly along a full strand of creamy ivory freshwater pearls, finally the ends are finished w/ blue pearls, crystals, and sm sterling beads
