this is a HUGE highly polished natural Santa Rosa turquoise cabochon is set in an intricate .925 sterling setting (drop length about 2 1/2in) snuggled up to lg silver rounds & bicones, i surrounded with a full strand of graduated hand-cut turquoise oval nuggets which match perfectly and spaced them with small silver beads, finally i finished the ends w/lg silver cones & more beads....a classic turquoise essential for any wardrobe!
