Please chooser either:

a.) A lovely E-Gift Certificate which is emailed and will arrive in your loved one's inbox over night

~ OR ~

b.) A beautifully printed Gift Certificate which is mailed to your loved one's physical address

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Select a gift certificate, purchase and include the recipient's name, valid email address ~OR~ valid mailing physical address. We will need your given name & personal message (if desired) as you'd like it to appear on the Gift Certificate.

2. Specify when you'd like it emailed / mailed. Otherwise, we'll send out the certificate immediately, or within 2 business days. It will include your name, your message, the E-Gift Certificate amount, and important information / instructions. My ArtFire studio link is include so they'll be able find our shop easily. Please note: Protect the purchased E-Gift Certificate Code.

3. Your recipient will make their selection(s) and add to their shopping cart.

4. At checkout, the recipient will be directed to choose "Other Payment" and then enter the Gift Certificate Code in the message to seller box.

5. If the item(s) + shipping is more than the amount of the gift certificate, then they will be responsible for paying the difference using PayPal or Amazon payment choices.

6. If the recipient does not use the entire amount of the gift certificate, then the unused balance will be credited in the recipient's gift certificate account for future use. This amount is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.

7. Once the checkout is complete, we'll ship the item(s) to the recipient. All gift items are enclosed in lovely organza gift bags w/your message, and pkg'd safely & securely for shipping.

GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Certificates expires one year after purchase date.
2. Gift Certificates are redeemable only through our ArtFire studio -- http://miabellacollection-jewelry.artfire.com
3. Purchasers are responsible for providing an accurate and valid email address.
4. Gift certificates may not be used to purchase add't gift certificates.
5. Any remaining funds un-used from a Gift Certificate will be held in an account for the recipient's future use -- the amount is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
6. Transactions exceeding the value of either Certificate are the responsibility of the recipient and due immediately -- payable through PayPal or Amazon.com
7. Please protect your Gift Certificate Code. Mia Bella Collection is not responsible for lost Gift Certificates and/or their codes.
8. Mia Bella Collection has the right to refuse fraudulent gift certificates and request for an alternate form of payment should a fraudulently obtained gift certificate be attempted or redeemed.
9. Coupons/Coupon Codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift certificate. If you'd like to use a gift certificate and a coupon, you must make separate purchases.
10. Gift certificates are redeemable on a custom item(s).

12. All Gift Certificate purchases are shipped to only one email or physical address. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct & valid email or intended physical address. Items that cannot be delivered or are returned due to purchaser error are not the responsibility of Mia Bella Collection.
