TAKEMOTO (pseudonym) was born at Xiang Lake, Xiaoshan, Hangzhou City, China in 1977. He has been interested in Chinese Calligraphy and Chinese painting from his childhood. TAKEMOTO has been in touch with modern design, and opened his own Advertising Design Office after graduated. TAKEMOTO was engaged in the spectacle industry in 1995. He became an apprentice in a famous eyeglass company as a student in college when he was 18 years old, studying eyeglass processing and optometry. He became the managing manager and advertising manager. He started own retail business in 2001 and operated by himself till now. TAKEMOTO has been indulged in spectacle brand culture since 2005. But unfortunately, there is no brand spectacle designer in China. Due to his design ability, TAKEMOTO created handmade spectacles after his own name in 2008, and is good at designing and hand making spectacles.

Mr. TAKEMOTO was brought up in the literature, the world of classical painting and calligraphy. In addition, later in the practice of modern design with the crazy favorite of spectacles, TAKEMOTO takes spectacles as a career for the whole life, and has the ability of handmade from his childhood
