Bits from an old French to English dictionary mixed with one of my original woodblock prints create this calming yet powerful work of one of a kind art. Haunting. Some of the elements may not be archival, but the piece has been sealed using a waterbased gel medium that is good for me, good for you and good for the environment. Signed and dated on the back. A piece that combines my love for printmaking with my new found love for collage and old books. When I am not carving blocks of wood I am painstakingly cutting shapes in paper.
