Product Description

This mosaic uses a small glass bottle for a base. It has been painted gold. All the stained glass has been hand nipped and set in place the whole bottle was then glazed. This piece has some minor imperfections in the glaze and I have priced it lower as a result. They do not take away from its simple beauty and charm

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

I found a box filled with old bottles of various shapes and sizes. Cleaning them turned out to be a bigger chore than I had anticipated. I painted the bottles gold because many stains could not be removed. I have had fun experimenting with the glazing process with these bottles.
