A less expensive of my sweet heart pendants sports a small fresh water pearl and Rainbow Moonstones, but is is hand wired on Parawire instead of gold filled wire. Para wire is gold plated onto copper wire and protected with a sealant. The wire is beautiful and has long staying power. It also allows me to provide designs that are more suited to the budget minded shopper! I can do these designs in noble metals and fine gems. The blue flower is opaline glass and the pendant measures 1 1/2 inches by 1 1/4 inches. The bail is large enough to accept most chain sizes and may accommodate a ribbon easily! A friend of mine by the name of Bobbi Maw is a very talented wire artist. This idea originally began as her own in a tutorial that I purchased from her...but in designing something that more makes this my own, I've add lots of gemstones along with some opaline glass to create a romantic design in an expression of love!
