I have woven 28 gauge Fine Silver (not Sterling) into a 4mm wide mesh band that is ornamented with three silver grey Cultured Fresh Water Pearls and three octagon bevel faceted Garnets. The Pearls are 6mm oval shaped with wonderful rich luster. The Garnets measure 5mm, 4.5mm and 4mm and are a wonderful transparent deep shade of burgundy with pink undertones. I have sized the ring by mandrel to size 9. The band has been delicately hammered to smooth and firm up the roundness of the design. I take custom orders if you want a design similar to this one, but this ring cannot be resized! I have a very limited number of octagon beveled Garnet gemstones on hand(somewhere around 40). I chose to name this design Fire and Ice because of the excellent contrast between the cold look of the silver in the pearls and fine metal juxtaposed with the warmth and richness of the Garnets!
