Product Description
This blue and silver Christmas ornament is made with sequins! I wrapped alternating strands of sequins in blue and silver around a styrofoam core ornament to create this sparkling beauty.

You definitely will not find an ornament like this anywhere else, my ornaments are always one of a kind. And as an extra bonus, it's unbreakable! This is a foam core, so not only will it survive being knocked off the tree, but it won't weigh down any branches, either!

Blue and silver are popular colors for Christmas decor year after year. It is also popular for Hanukkah. So this is even better for mixed families that celebrate both winter holidays!

I say Christmas ornament because we generally associate ornaments with Christmas. But as you can see, there is nothing overtly Christmas about the ornament. If you don't have a tree for whatever reason, there are other ways to use ornaments to decorate your home, and it can be done in a way that doesn't scream "Christmas".

Try a few in a bowl as a centerpiece, perhaps with pine cones or faux fruit. They also look great in a wide-mouthed vase or fish-bowl type of vessel. Use them in wreaths or garlands to add color. They would be welcome in any gift baskets you may be giving out this season. If you have a little basket or bowl of guest soaps in your restrooms, this would be a pretty way to add color and charm.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
Christmas Tree Ornaments reached America around 1880. F.W Woolworth, an American retailer first sold imported glass ornaments in his shop. Decorations also included cut outs of old magazines, cotton wools and tinsel. The First World War disrupted natural commerce and necessitated the production of cheaper ornaments with new technologies. The introduction of injection plastic molding facilitated to figure tiny miniatures.
