Bond brilliant orange and yellow dyes with deep purple contours onto shiny silk charmeuse, and the result is the most cheerful scarf you can imagine. What fun this was to design and execute! Silk charmeuse is luxuriously thick - 19.4mm - with a shimmery satin side paired with a more matte texture on the reverse. I had to paint one side, then flip it over and paint the other; the silk is just that lush.
