This mini top hat is absolutely adorable! The perfect item for photo shoots, costume parties, beauty pageants, dress-up, Halloween and the list goes on!

Unlike a lot of them this mini top hat is made of a nice thick black poly-satin and measures approximately 6.5" tall and 7" wide. Width measurement includes the 2" wide brim. The hat is decorated with orange and black tulle & orange and black russian net veiling. A black and orange and white dotted flower with swarovski crystal rhinestones in the center and a spider made out of black and white ostrich feathers, a black ostrich puff, and googly eyes finishes the look. This hat has two alligator clips fixed to it to attach to hair but will also come with a .5" black elastic headband. This listing is only for the mini top hat. The hat matches perfectly with the tutu dress shown that can be purchased in another listing.
