This item consists of a removable cotton rice pack and a crocheted outer sleeve. It measures approximately 6" x 12". The crocheted sleeve is machine wash and dry, but do not wash the rice pack. The rice pack can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer.

$2.00 will be donated to a breast cancer charity when this item is purchased.
