Product Description
I didnt know what this flower was called until the other day when I was watching a Food Network Challenge. The challenge was to make a sculpture out of fruits and vegetables that captured a tropical spirit. The contestants carved beautiful melons, heads of lettuce and cabbage, carrots, zucchinis and more SO beautifully. One of the contestants made a gorgeous bouquet of flowers, and one of the flowers was ginger. That is when I found out what this brilliant pink flower was called.

This photograph is part of a collection of nature photographs I took while I was on in Roatan, Honduras. The grounds we stayed on were full of banana trees, sap fruit, papayas and awesome tropical plants and flowers. The ginger flower was one of them.
