Attention all dog lovers! This blue-eyed, tongue hanging, adorable Dalmatian is just waiting for that special home around your neck!

The Dalmatian pendant and black-spotted yellow beads are made by me from ceramic clay. I also drew and painted the dog. It is NOT a decal. The earrings are accented with tiny black glass beads. Earwires are hand-formed sterling silver.

The necklace is recycled rubber tubbing and the ends are securely finished with hand made sterling silver coil/clasp. A playful black-spotted yellow bead dangles from the clasp.

I love dogs and I love clay. Even though I am not owned by a Dalmatian, (I am owned by Boxers), I am inspired by the breed's coloration, markings, and lively nature, which just leads to fun and whimsical design. Working with ceramic clay allows me to create any shape imaginable, while the ceramic surface provides an ideal canvas to draw and paint my own vibrantly colored images.
