This necklace consists of a 3/4 heart stamped with a name and symbol. It is accompanied by a 3/8 disc with angel wings and a Swarovski crystal in the color or birthstone of your choice. (Shown here in Swarovski crystal topaz.) Various gems also available. It hangs on an 18 cable chain that closes with a trigger clasp. Need a different length? No problem! Just leave me a note at checkout. No extra charge for lengths up to 20.

This doesnt have a remembrance piece. Start with a name and pick some symbols from the last image. Lots of possibilities!

All components are sterling silver and the necklace will be packed in a gifty box.
