This set contains a bag of our Stress Relief Bath Tea and a small size sachet of Healing Lavender Paradise Potpourri. They are neatly tucked into a cute little tin box with a handle, and the word "love" cut out on each side. This box can be reused later as a tealight candle holder, candy box, or just about anything!





Bath tea ingredients:

INGREDIENTS:

*Rose Petals - To calm the soul and lift the mood ♥ORGANICALLY GROWN by me

*Lavender - Calming and stress relieving

*Rosemary - Helps ease sore muscles and mental fatigue ♥ORGANICALLY GROWN by me!

*Chamomile - Well known for its calming effect

*Spearmint - Refreshing, this herb can lift the mood and provide mental clarity (can't we all use that?!)

*Juniper - Eases body aches and pains

*Oatmeal - To soothe and soften your skin



*A touch of Lavender Essential Oil is added to this blend to aid relaxation through aromatherapy. This oil has been praised for its many benefits, including relief from hot flashes, ladies!!



Toss this in the water when filling the bath, or steep it first in about 4 cups of boiling water for 15 minutes. Add this to your bath water, then use the muslin sachet as a sponge to gently massage and exfoliate!
