Our Cage Cots are made to be used in the benching cages at a cat show. If you are a breeder who shows their cats or you have attended a cat show as a
spectator you know what a benching cage is. You can use this cot to give your cat or cats more room in their benching cage. The cot is sized to allow room for your cat's food and water bowls beneath it while they lounge above.

The cot area is machine sewn out of 200 Denier Nylon which makes a cool area for your cat to lounge on. Fabrics are crisp, durable and abrasion resistant. This fabric is amazingly tough and versatile. You can just wipe it off or take it outside and spray with your garden hose. I use whatever cleaner is suitable for stains and work it in with a small brush. Then I hose it off. It dries very quickly. The cot can also be taken apart and laundered in a washing machine. The cot frame is constructed of 3/4 inch 40-pvc industrial grade pipe.

When packing for a show you can just remove the legs of your cot and put them in a zip lock bag. The cot area can then be slipped inside your carry bag.

This cot size has been designed to fit the soft sided security cages. The most commonly used brands are Sturdi Products, Zippy Cat Cage and Stopgap.

Please advise me if your cage cot will be used in a wire cage as the wire show cages are two inches shorter than the security cages and I will make the legs shorter to allow enough head room.

Your cat cot will arrive partly assembled. Pictures that are included with your order will show you how easy it is to assemble. No tools required.

My cats just didn't like the hammocks made to fit the soft sided cages. My guess is that they didn't feel secure or maybe it was too warm for them. After designing the other cat cots I had the idea to make one for my show cage. Voila! It was a big hit. I have had two of my big boys laying side by side on their cot so I know it will hold larger cats.
