This two inch wide pleated cuff bracelet has a red rivoli nestled in the center of a filigree rose flower. Red roses and flowers are scattered about to make a garden effect making up a lovely Victorian garden. The cuff is currently sized for a 7.5 inch wrist and will do best there for balance.
Metal components are antiqued brass and have been sealed.
