    The item shown here are dyed rooster heckle feather pads. The feather pad comes assembled as seen in the photo. It is a craft item popularly used for hats, headbands, headdresses, and hair clips. The feathers are adhered to a durable canvas backing in a complementary color. This item is only an applique and does not come attached to a comb, hairband or hair clip.

    These feather pads are meant for people who have a need for consistency in shape, color and consistency of quality. While removal of the feathers from a pad is possible, our shop does not recommend doing this as damage my occur to the feathers in the process.
