Product Description
1927 Ridgway Pottery Blue Willow Salad or Dessert Plate

Blue Willow - a perennial favorite! And no doubt a favorite since that first copper plate was engraved by the young apprentice, Thomas Turner, in 1780.

This piece is from England's Ridgway Pottery - a lovely salad or dessert plate. There are no chips, fractures, or repairs and the plate measures 7.75" (20 cm) in diameter.

Little to no crazing is seen and the markings are clearly on the back - Ridgway's iconic bow and quiver, along with their diamond stamp (1832, Semi China) date the piece to 1927.

It's a lovely plate for collectors of Blue Willow and for decorators who simply cannot get enough of the blue and white combination. You'll start a collection, perhaps? Or gift this to someone to complete theirs.

Blue Willow *never* goes out of style.
