Here is a most handsome lithograph from J. C. Leyendecker's painting: "A Senator of Rome". Square jawed, dark, handsome ~ this is a wonderful, masculine image, most suitable for framing.

A lush painting by Joseph Christian Leyendecker, in golden tones of auburn and russet and browns, is presented as a lithograph and was gleaned from a 1927 collection of children's poems, stories, fables, and art.

The heavy paper is blank on its reverses, shows little tanning, and measures 7" x 9.125" (18x23 cm). The paper is clean and clear, the lithography is bold and strong, and there are no folds, marks, tears, or creases on the paper.

I love when I happen across images suitable for the young man - this definitely is one of those images. Perfectly wonderful to frame for the young master's room ... altogether perfect for your art, your card and tag creations, scrap book page making, collage, decoupage.
