I was contacted by someone wanting a memorial watercolor portrait made of there pup. Only catch is that the dog was still alive. The pup had serious health problems being caused by the fact that she was a dwarf. a couple days after I made the painting for her. The pup had to be put to sleep. She thanked me and told me that te painting helped her deal with the loss of her beloved friend and family member Cookie. I am glad I did not know cookie was going to pass until after I finshed the painting or it would have been covered in tears.
