Fuzzy Monkeys is an original crochet amigurumi monkey pattern by June Gilbank. Crochet full-size and baby monkeys with poseable wired legs and tail. BONUS: the pattern also includes full instructions to make a wire-free (child-safe) monkey with dangling legs.

The pattern includes full instructions to make a full-size and baby monkey with poseable wired limbs, with bonus full instructions to make a child-safe monkey with dangling limbs.



Yarn: worsted weight yarn for face and feet and a fuzzy yarn (yarn advice is given in pattern; Patons Carmen in Chocolate [dark brown] and Patons Allure in Sable [light brown] used for example monkeys)



Hook (adult monkeys): US H / 5mm and US G / 4mm

Hook (baby monkeys): US H / 5mm and US E / 3.5mm



Size: The size will vary depending on the yarns used and the type of monkey you make. The example monkeys are 9″ long (not including tail or dangling legs) and the baby monkey is 6″ long (not including tail).

Please note that this is an intermediate pattern, especially the version with the wired legs and tail, but its worth the effort - you wont find monkeys like this anywhere else!
