Japanese Zen Circles, or Enso, are a traditional, flowing shape which expresses the interconnectedness of the universe. They are done with one continuous brush movement and are laid down on the rice paper with extreme precision balanced by looseness. Some monks believe you can see the level of enlightenment the painter possesses by observing their enso.

One of my mood chops floats inside the circle. It reads "Everything in the Universe is One Essence."

Whether you're a person, a rabbit, a teacup, or a cloud--we're all composed of atoms and tiny particles that all come from the same original "soup." We are all one. Form makes us see things as two.

Easy to frame. High end photographic paper has a high gloss finish, but I can also do matte finish pieces if you need them. Matte finish also available.

Arrives in a protective sleeve.
