The tote bag measures 11.5 x 14 x 2.65 inches, and has 22 inch-long handles. This means the top of the handle straps rise about 9.5 inches above the rest of the bag. This is enough space to wear the bag over the shoulder. When carried over the shoulder, the bottom of the bag will hit at about the hip on most individuals.
