7 " x 3/8" 18cm x 0.8cm Small

Black is the color of mystery and sophisication. Also the color of the long black nights in the North. The milky way sparkles in the sky and the Pole Star shines bright.

Pewter wire is carefully braided and sewn onto a reindeer leather band. The fastening is a lovely little button made from reindeer antlers which are shed during the Spring.

Silver (4%) is added to the pewter wire to prevent the metal losing its patina.

Reindeer leather is reknown for itīs suppleness and durability and is often favored by Italian leather designers. The leather is dyed using a process without chrome which makes the product nickel free.

This bracelet can be custom made to size or color. Please message me for a custom request.
Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
Here you will find leather jewelry decorated with pewter wire. This is a traditional craft developed by the Sami people who inhabit North Sweden,Norway,Finland and the Kola Penninsula in Russia.

This jewelry is a product of and inspired by the landscape and nature of Sweden where I live.
