This unique, contemporary tribal paisley necklace is a part of my Batik Glam Collection. A collection that is inspired by Indonesian Batik cloth designs. The focal paisley piece is handmade from brass and copper disks that I domed and handmade into a flower design. Pointillism motif on the teardrop brass plate is hand punched one dot at a time. Therefor, the spacing may not be evenly spaced. Each pendant made will be one of a kind due to handmade process. The loops surrounding the teardrop is handmade of copper wire that is attached by wire wrapping it onto the brass plate.

At the bottom, dangles a lampwork bead handmade by Melissa Vess.

This paisley necklace is suspended on a copper over brass necklace with a handmade clasp. Length is 18 inch long. Can be made shorter if desired. Please leave a note in checkout.

The flower is fastened with a rivet. No solder used.

Batik Glam Collection is a collection that was originally created to be included and discovered inside celebrity swag bags at GBK Luxury Gift Lounge for the 2012 MTV Movie Awards. This collection includes 6 different original jewelry designs by Popnicute Artisan jewelry created especially for the event.

Kharisma took Indonesian Batik as the inspiration to create this Batik Glam Collection, hence the name. Pointillism, flowers, and wavy lines are typical patterns that are often found in Indonesian Batik cloth.
