Two focal turquoise love birds with 8 turquoise nugget beads to compliment your handmade jewelry. A set of 10 handmade beads, hand sculpted from Kato polymer clay and antiqued with paint. Shabby chic cute and darling! Original creation by Popnicute.

A lot of work has been put to make these beads. I kneaded and mixed my own colors to create this warm hue of blue-green turquoise. Then I hand sculpted each bird and nugget by hand. After they were cured, a mix of brown and gold acrylic paint were brushed onto it to add "patina". Sealed, cured again, and buffed to satin finish. The simplistic design is cute with carved details on it. Each bird has a pair of eyes, eyebrows, and wings carved onto it.

These turquoise beads are great for your jewelry project. Wire wrapping, stringing, beading, or other creative projects you can think of.

Variations to be expected as these are handmade from scratch. No mold used.


DIMENSION is approximate!

Birds: 25 mm (1 inch) by 18 mm (5/8 inch).
Nuggets: 12-13 mm (7/16 inch).
Bead Hole: 20 ga but may fit 18 ga very snugly. Can be drilled for bigger holes.


Please avoid direct contact with abrasives as they may scratch the surface.
