Each one is approximately 2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. They can accommodate any sized egg (chicken or smaller...Ostrich eggs are a little too large to fit in these...but hey - theres an idea!!) Pictures show cozies holding size large and extra large chicken eggs.

We actually use at Easter for both colored and uncolored to hold our hard boiled Easter Eggs. This tradition started long ago as some in the family enjoy coloring Easter eggs, and some REALLY dislike the coloring process (along with dislike of carving pumpkins, decorating Christmas trees, etc! but thats another story).

In order to maintain harmony, I had to create an alternative to coloring Easter eggs, but still bring color to the eggs. And it turns out colored eggs look beautiful in these also.
