Primary Material

Art Deco/Retro/Modern circa 1940's Vintage Beauty - Convertible Brooch/Pin/Pendant.

This is a Convertible ART DECO PIN/BROOCH/PENDANT - It can be worn as a Brooch, Pin or a Necklace by adding a chain or cord.

From all of the research that was done this appears to be the style of Miriam Haskell in it's design, high quality craftsmanship and style, it is unsigned (which was typical for all of her jewelry from 1926 to the early 1940's. Either way this seems to be a rare vintage piece.

We found that most of the other high quality costume designers were signed such as: Coro, Lisner, Trifari,Weiss, Eisenberg, Iskin, Hobe. Although we are fairly sure that it is Haskell we are not positive so we have priced this as a truly beautiful vintage piece - if we priced this as Miriam Haskell it would be much higher.

Either way... this piece seems to be a rare vintage find.

Silver washed Metal or sterling plate
(6) brilliant 5mm rose cut faceted

The detailing of this Brooch/Pin - SO Unique - the front has a swirl silver wash Metal with modern cuts in each swirl so that the backside enameling shows through and makes a bold statement.

Adding to the drama is a snowflake finding centered on top of the modern swirls that houses incredibly faceted rose cut Crystals that have all the sparkle, fire and brilliance that a Brooch/Pin SHOULD have.

This piece is in very, very good to excellent "like new" condition.

It would give any blouse, sweater, jacket or coat huge Attitude - just gorgeous!
