This fused glass pendant features turquoise blue, pink and white glass with just a touch of dichroic glass added to give it a little sparkle. The oval pendant measures approximately 1 x 3/4 inches and it is attached to a silver plated bail.

The pendant comes with an 18" pink satin cord necklace that has silver plated cord ends and spring ring clasp. Other color/style necklaces are also available for substitution so please inquire if interested. The pendant bail opening measures approximately 3mm and will work with many silver necklaces for a dressier look.

This fused glass pendant was made using a casting technique where small pieces of fusible glass are assembled in a mold and then fired in a kiln to approximately 1500 degrees. This "fuses" the individual pieces into a single piece of glass and no two are ever alike. A diamond bit grinder is then used to remove the sharp edges and the piece is fired again to "fire polish" the edges. Finally, a specialty two part glue is used to securely attached the glass to the pendant bail.
