Fused glass in pastel peach is perfect for spring. These fused glass earrings are made with a dichroic glass that sparkles with pale peach, light orange and even a bit of pink depending on the lighting.

The glass portion of these earrings measures approximately 1/2 x 5/8 inches (1.5 x 1.2 cm). They dangle approximately 1 1/2" (3.2 cm) from sterling silver ear wires.

These earrings were created by precisely cutting and assembling multiple pieces of fusible glass. The glass is then fired in a kiln to approximately 1500 degrees to "fuse" the pieces together. Next, a diamond bit grinder is used to shape the edges and it goes back into the kiln for a final "fire polishing". Finally, a specialty two part adhesive is used to securely attach the glass to the earring back.
