This school girl and boy figurine set bears the mark "Made in Occupied Japan," a mark that has become increasingly desirable to collectors.

The pieces are hand painted, stand 4.25" and are in pristine condition.

I was unable to date this set with precision, yet being a family piece I know that it came into possession after WWII, likely dating it from the 1950s.
