Total size with gemstones is 1.5 inches in diameter.
Pewter pendant (no lead) alone is 1.2 inches.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
I purchased a number of pewter pendants including one representing the zodiac. I wanted to add natural gemstones, as I do with all of my projects. I researched gemstones that represent each zodiac sign, and wrapped them around the pendant.
