Take a little break from the winter weather with this Hawaiian themed charm bracelet. I've used Sapphire Blue Niobium and Sterling Silver to create it, and have added seven Sterling Silver charms to remind you of your tropical vacation, even if (like me) you've only taken it in your imagination! Two Tiki gods, a parrot, flip flops, palm tree, margarita and sunglasses ~ I think that covers all of the bases! Argentium is a wonderful new kind of silver that is strong, durable and tarnish resistant. Sterling silver is an alloy of silver and copper, silver being too soft on its own to use in jewelry designs. Argentium modifies this mix slightly by adding Germanium to the alloy. This addition is what makes Argentium tarnish resistant and strong. You should not have to polish or clean Argentium more often than once or twice a year. Niobium is a hypoallergenic metal that can be anodyzed to create beautiful colors on the metal.
