This blank book is covered in cream paper inspired by traditional Florentine designs of the Renaissance. Swirls, flowers and circles in candy toned hues of blue, green, pink, orange and yellow are outlined in black with metallic gold accents describing a subtle pattern in the background. The metallic accents do not photograph well, but when you tilt the cover slightly in strong light, the background pattern glitters. Light green French marbled paper containing a vein of metallic gold is used for the inside of the covers, and each book contains 100 pages (200 if counting front and back) of hand torn 80 lb recycled drawing paper. Each blank book is hand bound using the Coptic stitch method with natural 4 ply blue linen thread. Perfect for a journal or sketchbook, and easily portable at 4.75" x 6.25" x 1.25".
