This scalloped ruffle dog collar slipcover is made of cotton quilting weight fabric featuring white stars on a flag red background, with detail stitching done in white.

Collar Slipcovers are worn over your dog's existing collar so that you can change the look without changing collars. To wear the slipcover, thread your dog's collar through the channel. On the end near the buckle is a buttonhole opening for the leash loop/D-ring to slide through so that the entire collar is covered. This also helps to prevent the slipcover from sliding around on the collar.

Dog Collar Slipcovers are made from pre-washed 100% cotton fabrics and are machine washable. All seams are neatly finished with no raw edges showing.

SIZE:

Sizing is based on the length of your dog's collar and the amount of gathering desired. Choose a size about 3 inches longer than your dog's collar for a moderate amount of gathering; the longer the slipcover, the greater the ruffling.

This listing is for one 5-Scallop, 18 inches long slipcover, shown in the photos modeled by my Wauzer, Penny, over a 14 inches long x 3/4 inch wide collar.
