This photo greeting card features the pinkish-red beauty of a North Georgia mountains azalea bush in full bloom. This digital photo was taken in May of 2003 in the North Georgia mountains near Blairsville.

Azalea bushes are very common in the southern area of the United States and are loved by most everyone. They can be found in the nicest of gardens and all through the woods, growing wild and free.

The card measures 5x7 and fits any standard frame of the same size. The photo measures standard 4x6 inches in size. And the photo can be removed from the embossed greeting card if you wish and placed in frame or album or used in another card or display creation of our own making.

The lovely off-white greeting card is blank on the inside so that you can write any message that you wish. A matching envelope is included.

Here you have a little photo artwork from a beautiful place in the northwestern part of the state of Georgia where I was born and raised. I am not a professional photographer...I just like to take pictures...and once in a while they turn out well enough to share.

However, the detail and beauty of the photo is hard to capture in another photo...and so it is really much better and clearer in person.

I love taking pictures! And sometimes the photos turn out just right for reprinting and enlarging. When I send a greeting card to friends using my photos, they always say I should try selling them. So I am trying! Hope you enjoy my little glimpses into the world around me as much as I enjoyed being there at that moment in time.
