This photo art greeting card measuring 5x7 inches features a stunning view of a blue morpho butterfly with the wings spread open wide.

This is often a very hard shot to capture because these particular butterflies seldom have their wings open when they light somewhere! The bottom of their wings has spots on them and the colors are all muted browns and beiges. It's the stunning upper wings that are so beautiful to look at and often missed by the casual photographer!

This photo measures 4x6 and is finished in a black fabric-style torn border. The photo can be removed from the embossed greeting card if you wish and placed in another frame or album.

This gorgeous little creature from the Latin American rain forests has iridescent wings which take the breath away when seen in person. They are brown on the bottom side with eyespots and when they flap their wings, the flashes of blue and then brown make them seem as if they are disappearing and reappearing! Enchanting!

This large butterfly settled down on this screen for a few seconds, long enough to have his photo taken. He was flying around at the Tucson Botanical Gardens in a special tropical butterfly exhibit in Tucson, Arizona, in February 2007.

I am not a professional photographer...I just like to take pictures...and once in a while they turn out well enough to share. The detail of the photo is hard to capture in another photo...and so it is really much better and clearer in person.
