I made this beautiful, hand ruffled collar from one upcycled necktie and reclaimed, sparkly fabric scraps. The necktie is burgundy and gold, with a nice sheen to it. The sparkly fabric is also burgundy and gold. I used one brown, heavy-duty snap at the closure. The snap can be worn in the front or the back. You can wear it with the ruffle going up or going down too!

Perfect to wear to a holiday party or to give as a gift!

I decided to add a bit of girly frill to the collars. And of coarse, it had to be sparkly. If you don't buy this one, I may just keep it!
