This dessert server would certainly be the talk of your tea table. The lip of the dish has an upwards incline, so it isn't suited for a full-sized cake. It is, however, a stunning display for delicious tea party fare.

Ridgway Potteries Ltd (1955-1964) made this vintage ironstone dish. Ironstone is a high grade type of Earthenware developed in England.

It stands just under 10" (25 cm) tall.

There are a couple minor imperfections on the bottom side of the dish.
