This is a handcrafted set of 12 patriotic boro beads by Shepherd Creations Glass Art. They are white, red and blue swirls. All beads here were made by me(Patrice), and vary slightly in size from each other. They are made of borosilicate glass, which is lightweight yet very durable, as it is the same formula as Pyrex casserole bakeware.

1. It is stronger than soft glass and will not break or chip from normal wear and use, especially the beads!



2. While technically the same basic chemical formula as your Pyrex baking dishes, this lightweight glass has vibrant colors here that are produced from fine metals added carefully including gold and silver.



3. It is made in our studio by me and properly annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln for added strength: factory imports generally arent annealed because it cuts down productivity.
