Batik fabrics used for background, flower and stem as well as for the backing and binding. Both the stem and the flower were appliqued and quilted with cotton thread to accent and give depth to them. Background was quilted with black cotton thread in stipple stitch. The binding was hand sewn to the back of the quilt.

Surface Hand Washable

I always use the highest quality fabrics for the top and backing of all of my work. If you purchase a quilt from me, I will send you pins to hang it with, or will add on a hanging sleeve if you request it (please give me an extra day or two before shipping if you'd like a hanging sleeve added). You can also use standard quilt hangers to display any of my quilts.

I keep all of my quilts in air tight storage.
