Squares of fabric in blues, green, yellow and pink were used to create the background to this lovely wall hanging. Stems and flowers created out of batik fabrics were appliqued onto the background with cotton thread.

Backed with the multicolored cotton fabric and bound with the lime green fabric used in the background. The binding was hand sewn to the reverse.

Machine quilted in stipple stitch with veregated pink, to blue thread in a pattern with leaves.

I always use the highest quality fabrics for the top and backing of all of my work. If you purchase a quilt from me, I will send you pins to hang it with, or will add on a hanging sleeve if you request it for no extra charge (please give me an extra day or two before shipping if you'd like a hanging sleeve added). You can also use standard quilt hangers to display any of my quilts.

I keep all of my quilts in air tight storage.
