This quilted wall hanging is perfect for a new baby's room or a child's room as they learn the Aleph Bet!

Black and White fabrics (diamonds and polka dots) were used for the background fabrics. The hebrew letters that are appliqued on and border were made from a fantastic teal fabric with circular swirls in bright colors.

The entire background of the wall hanging was machine pieced together and then layered and basted. I did not do the applique of the letters onto the squares until after the layering so the applique became the decorative quilting.

The batting is an 80% cotton/20% polyester blend that is extremely soft and durable.

If you should need it, this quilt is Machine Washable, gentle cycle. Tumble Dry low.
