Product Description
10" across the top 9" top to bottom 3" depth 3.5" base 2 - 27" straps with 13.5" drop *Please note measurements to make sure that they suit your purposes* Scraps and pieces of beautiful batik fabrics were used to create this fun "Green friendly" shades of green purse. The front, back and closure were completely machine pieced together using a zig zag stitch with green cotton thread. The inside lining and straps were made from coordinating batiks. Pockets were added to the lining to hold the little things that you might need (store discount cards, hand sanitizer etc.). The closure goes from the top/back of the purse to the front and attaches with magnet. A large green wooden button was used to decorate the closure. Two layers of fusible fleece were used between the layers, inside the strap, and the closure to give the purse sturdiness and structure. ***If you like the idea of this purse, but want to see others check out http://www.artfire.com/modules.php?name=Shop&sc_id=106439&seller_id=94092&op=new OR you can email me and we can discuss a custom order*** I always use the highest quality fabrics for all of my work. What a great idea! I love the green batiks fabrics used in this upcycled structured purse. I have added it to my favorites. I love the little pockets inside, too. Nice work.
